ADHD Look-alikes
ADHD is real and if you suspect you have it you should definitely get an evaluation from an expert like a psychiatrist or a psychologist. BUT there are several other mental health and medical issues that can have symptom overlap with ADHD. These are things you should be aware of. Remember you can have ADHD and one of these or many of these things together. Everyone is different. If you are having new issues to focus and concentration, make sure to talk to your doctor or other mental health professional ASAP.
