For my butter used 1/3 cup total of chopped herbs (Sage and Thyme) along with a few shakes of salt and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder mixed into 1 1/2 cups of plain butter. Rolled in plastic wrap and placed in the fridge to let the flavors meld together.
