key:
"Realtime" means you could generate these graphics with consumer grade hardware in real time, possibly interactively.
"Offline" means it renders so slowly that you have to wait for an export first, or you need a supercomputer to see it real time.
"Hybrid" means you took an offline render and put those images in a realtime environment. (think the digitization in Donkey Kong Country)
pick a few years and see what changed, or just put the video in the background and zone out.
