Contributions to political candidates on their campaigns and to political parties have been quite a concern in the Philippines especially these days when we are just a few months away from the 2022 national election.
Generally speaking, contributions to political parties and candidates are governed by the Omnibus Election Code which grants exemption to these contributions upon the satisfaction of the prescribed conditions. Please watch this video for more discussions.
