2. Oregano and thyme.
3. 2 cups of tomato puree (pasata).
4. Salt, pepper.
5. Cook over low heat and allow to evaporate.
6. 2 chicken breasts.
7. Salt and pepper on both sides.
8. 1/2 cup flour.
9. 2 eggs.
10. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup panko.
11. 1 cup grated Parmesan.
12. Thyme.
13. Flour-egg-breadcrumb mixture.
14. Olive oil. Cook until brown.
15. Add butter.
16. 1 tomato, cook for 30 seconds, turn off the stove.
17. Turn over and fry on the other side.
18. Heat 80 g (2.3 oz) mozzarella and add pepper.
