1. 2 lb (900 g) chicken.
2. Fry on vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
3. 1 lb (450 g) of onion, fry for 4-5 minutes.
4. 1 tsp italian herbs, paprika, 1/2 tsp. pepper, garlic powder.
5. Cook for 1 minute.
6. 1 lb (450 g) tomatoes, 1 bell pepper.
7. 1 tbsp tomato paste.
8. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
9. Salt, parsley.
10. Cover and cook for a couple of minutes.
11. Remove half onto a plate.
12. Return the chicken and cover with vegetables.
13. Cover and cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
