NOTE: the voice narrative is a bit on the "rough" side due to the K3S INPUT AUDIO MONITOR "tail audio" snapping around...I should have turned off the audio TO the rig while speaking most of the narrative to avoid the K3S INPUT AUDIO MONITOR qrm that you hear...so...
what you hear from the voice narrative is not totally representative of what would actually be transmitted....since the ELECRAFT K3S Input audio monitor circuit noise/tail, is heard only during RECEIVE...
NOTE: this method relies on using the ELECRAFT K3S's own VOICE VOX CIRCUIT for transmitting what the K3S "hears" on its USB SOUND CARD's LINE INPUT...the VOX CIRCUIT takes some milliseconds before it fully opens when hearing some audio arriving at its USB SOUND CARD line input port...so care must be taken to talk a bit slower - and be aware of beginning short consonant sounds like the letters - T, P, B etc...since they will usually get dropped if you don't over emphasize them - when first triggering the K3S VOX circuit with your VOICE...etc...
this video did not use the SUB TONE method to circumvent this issue...as shown in other remote rig videos in this channel and demo's the reason why the SUB TONE method might be preferred...
