to keep the TRANSMIT antenna SIGNAL from swamping out the RECEIVE SiGNAL on the RECEiVE usb sound card's line input, an LC series resonant circuit 'grounds out' the TRANSMiT signal frequency at the USB sound card's LINE INPUT(RX)
