This video shows how to add new KPIs to the HSE Performance Monitoring tool for users to gain a good amount of control and customize for their organizations. In this video, we added 7 types of work permits to the source data and added the KPI report to the Control of Work Dashboard. Hot Work Permits, Confined Space Entry Permits, Work at Height Permits, Lifting Operation Permits, Ground Disturbance Permits, Energy Isolation Permits and Driving Permits were examples of Control of Work KPIs we used. We also showed what happens when a KPI is renamed, hence the need for users to rather create new KPI reports or simply hide KPIs they don't need. This tutorial gives insight into the possibility of users adding as many KPIs as they want by creating pivot tables on new sheets, connecting them to the slicers, and even creating their own dashboards. The tool is a great support to every safety professional and gives a good amount of control over the system of work that meets the exact reporting needs of clients, in terms of database, statistics, reports, and incident rates.
