New Update on Gap Analysis Tools

The seventh video of my 30-day video challenge, where I challenge myself to post a video every day for 30 days before I head back to work.
In this video, I perform customization on our SHEQXEL ISO 14001 Gap Analysis Tool, based on the feedback of an amazing user who suggested the introduction of partial and not applicable as part of the scoring criteria to support his position that in some instances, the standard criteria would not be applicable to an organization whiles in other cases, the standard requirements would have been partially implemented, hence an outright yes and no response is not adequate.
We updated all the tools, and decided to use this ISO 14001 Gap Analysis Tool to illustrate how to customize based on the feedback.
Gap analysis is the review of a current management system against a standard criteria to determine gaps that exist and the level of implementation of the standard to implement improvement actions to upgrade or bridge the system to the standard.
This is an important activity that is carried out in the initial phase of developing a robust quality management system for an organization.
