Fast sales call lists in FileMaker - Get the phones ringing! | User Tutorial | FileMaker For You
In this FileMaker tutorial I’m going to show you how you can use a single list layout and FileMaker’s native finding and sorting capabilities to create daily call lists personalized to individual sales reps.
We'll build these sales lists using a combination of modify last find, saved finds, omit multiple records, constrain found set and replace field contents.
In our example exercise, I create lists for sales reps to make 20 calls a day, but you can easily adjust that number to suit how things work in your office. Because I use only FileMaker native features in this example, there is no scripting required!
