This video presents my take on the recent passage of the 2024 FAA Reauthorization Bill: H.R.3935 Securing Growth and Robust Leadership in American Aviation Act. What do you think of the act? What do you think of the mentions it makes of aircraft dispatchers? I am very interested to see further information on this and its various definitions of "air carriers." Does "air carrier" mean only 121 for this section? It's not clearly defined to me!
