Alphonse Mucha book previews🌼 Art Nouveau style books flick through
The art of Alphonse Mucha book preview video! There are tons of Art Nouveau art books out there, more specifically, a lot of Alphonse Mucha art books out there, so many so that it's very difficult to know which ones to buy. Here are 3 that I purchased recently. My hopes are that this video will help someone else, who like me, was not sure which one to buy as it can be a little overwhelming.
As mentioned in the video, I only recently discovered Alphonse Mucha and the Art Nouveau style, so I have been on an art book buying spree. Some of the Alphonse Mucha books are beyond amazing ( the red cover book I showed for a second in this video is great and another called 'The World of Mucha' ) But the 3 I have here, are actually my least favourite of the books I have purchased so far. They are still great and contain high quality work, but there is too much text and filler for my liking. Also I was more interested in the specific posters / Art Nouveau style, so it's really down to personal preference. I will show some of the Alphonse Mucha art books that I prefer in a separate video. I will say that 'The Art Nouveau style book of Alphonse Mucha all 72 plated from Documents Decoratifs ' is pretty good for the backgrounds and floral design aspect if that's what you're studying, it's also very cheap to buy.
