On today's video, I test out IK Multimedia's Syntronik 2 Obie One Synth vst plugin program, based on the OBERHEIM OB-1 Synthesizer, famously used by Vince Clarke, Tangerine Dream, Rush, The Grid, and more! I also give a little history lesson and a lot of info.

The new 4-pole slope in our O-Type state variable filter model in Syntronik 2 now captures the distinct difference between the 2- and 4-pole filter sounds of this excellent hardware synth.
