How to make beurre rouge! This is a basic sauce that includes pan searing a steak and making a red wine sauce in the same pan. Red wine gets reduced in the pan and emulsified with butter....delicious. A very simple, yet tasty sauce that will make your steak even better, elite level even. Pan seared ny strip and a beautiful red wine sauce, YES PLEASE!
