Hey everyone! There has been some recent changes in the upcoming banner lineup. Today we will look into the changes, and all the expected new characters to release. Also, we are giving away two welkins! One of them is here on youtube, so make sure to like, subscribe and comment your UID and server below in the comments! Let's dive into it. First, let's recap the current 5.2 banner leaks. Its already been confirmed through the drip marketing from Hoyo that we will get Chasca as a new five-star Anemo character, and Ororon as the new four-star Electro character. Originally we thought we would get a Wanderer rerun alongside the Dragonspine event in 5.2, but these leaks turned out to be false. Instead, the main event will take place in Natlan and there will be no Wanderer rerun. As of now, the 5.2 banners will be Chasca and Lyney is phase 1, while phase 2 will be Neuvillette and Zhongli. However, nothing is fully confirmed until the 5.2 livestream, so take it with a grain of salt.
This time around we also have some information regarding the four-stars coming in 5.2, and apparently we will finally get a Heizou rerun, as well as Fischl. Which phase they will be in isn't mentioned, so we'll have to wait and see. These banners are really unexpected, it seems like Hoyo is just gatekeeping a bunch of characters that are highly due for their rerun banners. Earlier leaks also suggested we would get a Venti rerun in 5.2, but that was because of the Dragonspine event. So now it makes more sense for Zhongli to take his place.
Moving on to 5.3, its pretty much confirmed we will get Mavuika's banner, according to a reliable leaker. Citlali is also expected to have her banner release in 5.3, so that's two new five-stars in 5.3. Mavuika will be a Pyro Claymore user, while Citlali is a Cryo Catalyst user. As for the reruns in 5.3, my speculation would be Xianyun as 5.3 will be the Lantern Rite patch, and we should see at least one Liyue character and she's due for her first rerun. As for the last spot, maybe we can expect Wriothesley or Arlecchino.
We'll also be getting the Chronicled Wish in 5.3 according to current leaks. The characters expected to be on the banner are Xiao, Baizhu, Ganyu, Qiqi and Keqing.
Regarding the reruns in 5.4, it has already been four patches since Natlan, so this would be a fitting time for either Mualani or Kinich to get their rerun. Since they are newer characters, there’s a strong possibility for one of them to have their rerun. Additionally, we might finally see a Clorinde rerun, as she is still awaiting her first one.
