Ok so you stopped eating $hit and are ready to develop a strong + aesthetic core (abs, obliques, adductors, lower back, etc.)! There are so many exercises and variations you can do, but these are my go to that are actually realistic and force you to work your core. Make sure to focus on contracting your abs, but also on keeping them tight as you stretch them—which nobody thinks of doing for some reason—while doing these movements and let me know in the comments what you think!
