Here's a complete, first-run broadcast of an episode of Movin' On from its final season, "Please Don't Talk to the Driver" (S02E09), as aired over the NBC Network, transmitted here via their then-Boston, MA affiliate WBZ Channel 4 (now a CBS O&O/affiliate).
This series (President Gerald R. Ford's favorite show) starred Claude Akins as Sonny and Frank Converse as Will, two long-distance truckers of different backgrounds (the former a grizzled veteran of the road, the latter college-educated) working together. This show helped spur a short-lived "CB" (citizens' band) craze, in addition to such music hits as "Convoy" by the late C.W. McCall. In this installment, they come across a bus whose tire was made flat by a gunshot and find themselves (and the bus passengers) in a tangle with armed bank robbers.
This was also in the period when NBC was de-emphasizing their "snake" logo which had been in use in one form (and variant) or another since 1959, and in preparation for launching their expensive (in more ways than one) 'N' trapezoid logo at the start of the New Year.
