My HACKS to building confidence in running! I got injured this past fall and got into a trap of comparison and low self-confidence.
In this video I share the power of the mind and what I'm doing to bounce back and get momentum going for some fast times this season. I also shared one of my biggest workouts to date, running 10x800 with 90 seconds rest. In college, I did half the amount of reps with double the rest. YAY PROGRESS
In this post-collegiate running world, everyone is talented and working hard so all I can do is trust in my process and celebrate my small wins. I'm feeling good and excited to race the 5k at BU next week!!
Sub 16 min 5K is the goal :)
