I RAN A 5K PB!! 1 year after graduating college
This was a breakthrough race for me !!! After graduating college I had a personal best of 16:07, so it is insane to see how much I've progressed this year. After starting to be coached by my husband, adding some more intensity into workouts, and enjoying traveling to meets as the highlight of my work week, I finally ran a time I thought was possible and proud of. Right now I'm having a lot of fun doing this and am going to continue the good vibes through the summer. I'll run another 5k in July and hoping to shave off some more time while getting some world athletics points for TOKYO 2025!
