We revisited this 4.0 mile-out-and-back stunning waterfalls, this time when it's roaring out of beautiful Lake Serene. Additionally fed by snow melt, rain and runoff from the surrounding mountains. The water cascades down the cliff raging in multiple sections, still resembling a bride's veil but in more dramatic fashion as it gushes with misty showers below the rugged east wall of Mount Index.
The Bridal Veil Trail is located in Index, Washington. An excellent moderately challenging hike with some stream crossings and the falls are spectacular, particularly after rain. A fun hike up with amazing forest surrounding you and steps to help you on the steeper inclines.
