No yeast No oven! 200g flour and a handful of leeks make it so simple and delicious
Ingredients and recipe:
200g All purpose flour
60ml Boiling water
Mix well
60ml Cold water
Cover and rest for 20 minutes
200g Garlic chives
15ml Vegetable oil
Mix well
After 20 minutes
Shape the dough
Divide into 12 parts
Cover and rest for 15 minutes
3 Eggs
1/2tsp Salt
Mix well
Medium heat
Vegetable oil
Cook for about 3 minutes
Add to the bowl
1tbsp Oyster sauce
Mix well
After 15 minutes
Flatten the dough
Scoop some of the filling onto the dough
Fold in half
Pinch the edges
Repeat
Vegetable oil
Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium heat
Flip over and cook for another 2-3 minutes
Done!
