Add eggs to hot dogs and you'll be amazed at the results! Simple and delicious
Ingredients
2 Eggs
Salt, black pepper
10g Chopped green onion
Olive oil
2 hot dogs
Cheddar cheese
1 Tortilla
10g Unsalted butter
50g Mozzarella cheese
Recipe:
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Add salt and black pepper
Add 10g chopped green onion
Mix well
Medium heat
Olive oil
Slice 3 hot dogs
Place in the pan
Pour the egg in the pan
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
Place 1 tortilla on top
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Melt 10g unsalted butter in the pan
Shred 50g mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle more cheese on top of half
Fold in half
Fry until golden brown
Done!
