Toned arms, shoulders. Upper body workout with dumbbells or bottles (alternative) at home. No repeat!

We will control the shoulders, raise and lower the biceps and triceps to lift the arms and help shape the upper body and enlarge the back.

For reference: I use 2x 4kg

In this upper body dumbbell workout, I want to highlight a few key points, as they are very important for safety as well as for the correct execution of the exercises:

-KEEP YOUR KNEES SOFT WHEN EXERCISING STANDING
-TRY TO KEEP YOUR ELBOWS LOCKED WHEN YOU DO THE ARM BEND
-Keep your core and abs strong

I recommend doing a quick warm-up before your workout:

Exercises are performed for 45 seconds each with a 15 second break in between to prepare for the next exercise.
