Steam Deck LCD - Downgrade BIOS 118 to BIOS 116 and unlock for Smokeless UMAF undervolt / overclock

Several users that have updated to SteamOS 3.6 / MAIN branch now have no access to smokeless to undervolt / overclock. This is because the latest update contains BIOS 118 which prevents the unlock method. Although BIOS 118 now contains a menu for undervolt, some still prefer the granularity of an unlocked BIOS.
To unlock the BIOS, need to downgrade first to BIOS 116. This video will show you how to downgrade to BIOS 116 and afterwards perform the BIOS unlock.

This is using evlaV jupiter-bios-unlock which is an enhanced / extended version of SD_Unlocker.c. It allows to unlock / relock the BIOS.
Download BIOS 116 from evlaV gitlab repository -

To downgrade perform the following commands in Konsole terminal -
1. mkdir BIOS
2. cd BIOS
3. sudo /usr/share/jupiter_bios_updater/h2offt jupiter-$(sudo dmidecode -s bios-version)-bios-backup.bin -O
4. ls
5. sudo /usr/share/jupiter_bios_updater/h2offt ~/Downloads/F7A0116_sign.fd -U
6. Steam Deck will reboot to perform the downgrade.
7. cd BIOS
8. sudo dmidecode -s bios-version
9. sudo /usr/share/jupiter_bios_updater/h2offt jupiter-$(sudo dmidecode -s bios-version)-bios-backup.bin -O
10. ls
11. wget https://gitlab.com/evlaV/jupiter-PKGB...
12. chmod +x jupiter-bios-unlock
13. sudo ./jupiter-bios-unlock
14. Shutdown then press VOLUP + POWER to access the BIOS.
15. Verify PBS / CBS is available in the menu.
Congrats the BIOS has been downgraded and unlocked. You can use Smokeless UMAF. Or just use the PBS / CBS menu.
