Meet Franklyn, Senior VP, Wireless Engineering and Kathy, VP, Care New Business. Franklyn and Kathy’s teams work together in support of the company’s new wireless business, XFINITY Mobile. Franklyn’s team provides Kathy’s with the support and tools they need for care agents, in addition to solving larger network issues that may impact customers or care agents.
They are having a blast working on the start-up end of a new business, executing it, and being at the forefront of change.
