Meet Franklyn, Senior VP, Wireless Engineering and Kathy, VP, Care New Business. Franklyn and Kathy’s teams work together in support of the company’s new wireless business, XFINITY Mobile. Franklyn’s team provides Kathy’s with the support and tools they need for care agents, in addition to solving larger network issues that may impact customers or care agents.
