Using SonarLint in Visual Studio Code
SonarLint is an IDE extension that helps you detect and fix quality issues as you write code in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, HTML, and PHP. This lets you fix coding issues before they exist.

You can install it directly from the VS Code Marketplace.
Requirements for installation:

The SonarLint needs a Java Runtime (JRE) 8 or 11.
Step 1: First we need to install the following extension: (please install if not installed)
Language Support for Java(TM) by Red Hat (For Java we need to install an extension)
Step 2: Now we will install:
SonarLint extension
