Queen, the majestic floof of Paleochora (long version)
Long version of the short video!
Filmed mostly on the 18th of November, 2023 in Paleochora*, island of Crete, Greece
Since this is just the longer video of the short, I'm copying the original description:
We were staying in Paleochora for 13 days and met many sweet cats in this town. On the second day of my Cat Advent Calendar 2023 we meet this majestic floof we called Queen. She's the bigger, floofier version of Princess. She's a tabby cat and though she likes pets, she wasn't interested in lap time. She came to visit us during the second week of our stay in this Cretan village and wasn't interested in the food we had on offer at all. I'm not 100% sure Queen is a she, since there was so much floof covering up her privates. If she's a he, then he's Queen, named after the band.
Though we had to leave Crete at some point, these cats are not completely forgotten. There's a local organization called Paleochora Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) run by two Germans who moved there that helps the cats (and dogs) of the town by feeding them and sometimes bringing them to the vet for medical care or spay/neuter.

They do not pay me to promote them. We donated some money to them. They are organized as a German Verein (association) and handle the money they receive under such a policy and they bring out reports and follow up on the cats and dogs they help on their Facebook profile.
*Paleochora is also sometimes written as Palaiochora. In Greek it's either Παλαιόχωρα or Παλιόχωρα
