In this video I talk about the problems that Phoenix is experiencing with the thousands of homeless people that flock to this city during the winter months. How the police have dealt with it and why. I also ride through the 3 city blocks of camps and street people that live outside the fence that surrounds CASS the shelter here in Phoenix.
