Newton Dixon, a terminal manager for American Airlines out of JFK, travels the world as his hobby. To date, he has ridden his Brompton on four continents in over 40 countries! Newton begins his story sitting at the departure gate for a flight from NYC to Barcelona, his folded Brompton by his side. We follow his journey from his cold, late-winter New York home to the airport, to the overhead bin, and finally into the beauty and culture of Barcelona. Along the way, Newton reveals how a Brompton can enrich and transform one’s travel experience not just by virtue of its compact size, but also through the connections and community it unlocks around the world.
