In our latest video series, we take you through ways that RME's ARC USB can simplify your workflow.
The ARC USB has been designed for direct access to the most frequently used actions and commands of TotalMix FX, and is an indispensable tool for day to day application. With its 15 customisable buttons and high number of command options, the ARC USB is extremely flexible and can be adapted to fit a wide array of uses.
In this video, we cover Snapshots in TotalMix FX and how you can control these using the ARC USB.
Snapshots allow you to quickly switch between previously saved routing and mix settings. All channel settings are stored within a snapshot, including monitor levels, input gains, phantom power, and even things like EQ and effects settings.
Up to 8 snapshots can be stored within a single TotalMix Workstation, and each one can be loaded as shortcut keys to the ARC USB, for swapping between saved mixer states without the need to open the TotalMix window.
