In this video, we explore a critical question: How close are you to a major health breakdown? We often overlook the physical and emotional toll that stress takes on our bodies until it’s too late. This session helps you evaluate how stress is impacting your overall health and what steps you can take to prevent a breakdown.
Take a moment to check in with yourself and discover how stress may be affecting your health. With the right self-care tools, you can prevent a major breakdown and start making changes for a healthier, more balanced life.
Stress can kill, and life will always have its ups and downs. Are you having a nervous breakdown? How can you see just how close you may be to stress-induced health breakdown? One way is by taking a life stress inventory test, which you can do right now from the comfort of your own home. By the end of this Self-Care Session on "Stress Triggers", you will total up your social readjustment rating. Based on your rating, you will either have a low susceptibility to a stress-induced breakdown, a 50% chance of a major health breakdown within the next 2 years, or an 80% chance of a major health breakdown within the next two years.
