KaKa inspection is a intelligent center that combine manufacture and inspection all together. It’s was built in 2015, covering area of 50,000 square meters, including dozens of advanced manufacturing and inspecting facilities.
Inspection center contains three main processes:
1. Pre-production inspection：It’s done before production start. In order to crosscheck for final verification of bulk fabric and trims materials, manufacturing details.
2. Inline production inspection: It’s done during production to ensure every facilities perform as expected.
3. Final Inspection: It’s carried out when the production is completed. Lot sample will be selected and a percentage of the garments will be inspected. This type of inspection covering mainly styling cutting way, measurements, general appearance, workmanship, fabric quality, trims and component,color, printing, embellishments and washing quality.
