Clear error stage:
Visit btu.bose.com and download bose software updater.
Connect the Bose Soundlink Mini II with a computer or laptop using a USB cable.
Follow instruction to clear the error or update the firmware.
Right power outlet:
Make sure that you are using a Bose branded charger
If not, make sure that the Bose Soundlink Mini II are charged with a UL-certified source that provides a minimum of 5V and 1.5 amps.
