Aashna is a techno-finance graduate. She grew up in India and then pursued her undergrad from BITS Pilani Dubai in Computer Science Engineering (class of 2015).
During her final year, she decided to pursue her passion for number crunching and started exploring the world of finance.
She worked with SAP in Dubai, UAE for 5 years in different domains of Finance, namely Controlling and Commercial. To top her experience, she also pursued CMA (Certified Management Accountant) from the US whilst working in order to back her financial career.
Soon she started exploring options for top MBA schools and chose IE Business School in Spain to pursue her degree and enrolled for January 2020 batch. Amidst the pandemic, Aashna says her MBA experience was one of a kind as she got much more than she expected and recommends IE as one of the best schools to pursue education from.
