LYPFT Clinical Engagement, Access and Inclusion Team - 2022
The Clinical Services Inclusion Team is new in our Trust and has been set up to support care services to address health inequalities.
Team members are embedded in service areas and will work with those teams to improve the care offered to people who use our services, taking into consideration their personal needs and preferences. We do this by informing conversations through a cultural and inclusive lens, to promote engagement with our local communities and staff, understand access to our services and what prevents people from accessing our services and provoke new thinking to drive change and new ways of working.
This short film explains the team's role and showcases the Inclusion Coordinators in our Perinatal Mental Health Service, Community Mental Health Service, and Crisis Service.
