This video is about me explaining my experience after doing no exercise at all for 3wks. Did I start loosing muscle and strength? I actually didn't loose any strength at all. I did loose size but that is likely due to the loss of glycogen and water that store in our muscles when we are constantly working out. Our body stores around 16g of glycogen and water combined in the muscle. This depletes anywhere between 1.5 to 2hrs and then gets replenished by the glucose in the blood. Our bodies typically start loosing strength and muscle after about 3 to 4 weeks for experienced body builders and 2 weeks for beginners.
