⭐ Resorts of Thailand – where and when is the best time to relax
• Pattaya. There is no distinct rainy season, but from May to October it is often cloudy, with short showers possible.
• Hua Hin. Like Pattaya, it is located in the Gulf of Thailand, and there is no distinct rainy season here. In winter the sea is often wavy.
• Phuket. The rainy season in Phuket lasts from June to November. Heavy rains, high waves, and even floods are possible.
• Krabi. The weather in Krabi is almost the same as in Phuket. The rainy season and high waves fall in summer and autumn. Similan, Maya Bay, and other national parks in Krabi are usually closed to tourists from mid-May to October.
• Samui. The rainy season in Samui lasts from October to January. Rainfalls can be heavy and prolonged, with flooding possible.
• Phangan. The weather is like Samui. A great time to relax is from February to September, especially in summer.
