Why do our hands turn so red sometimes?
The abnormal color our hands show reveals a lot about our health. If our hands turn exceptionally red, it usually indicates a metabolic condition, such as a high level of triglycerides, uric acid, or glucose. For glucose levels, you may also notice a red spot at the bottom of your hands.
If the symptoms fit, it is recommended to have your blood checked at a hospital. Besides diet and exercise, you can also try the massage I shared in my previous video.
