Let's begin by duplicating the background layer. Change 'Layer 1' to Luminosity blend mode, maintaining colors. The Dodge tool brightens eyes – set Range to Highlights, Exposure to 5%, and paint strokes for a subtle shine.
Avoid excessive brightness; use Protect Tones if needed. Extend this technique to highlights on the face, sculpting with light. This adds depth and allure.
Switch to Burn tool with same settings. Sculpt shadows for dimension – jawline, cheekbones, chin. Moderation is key for a natural look.
For eyes, use Dodge tool with increased exposure. Lighten teeth by lowering exposure to 2%. For stained teeth, the Sponge tool in Desaturate mode at 40% Flow helps.
Compare before and after, adjust opacity for a natural effect (around 60%).
