Oblivion - Mages Guild - Skingrad Recommendation
Go to Skingrad mages guild and speak with Adrienne to get the recommendation quest.
After that, find Sulinus Vassinus and ask him about Erthor.
He will tell you about Bleak Flats Cave, but doesn't remember where it is.
But Druja does! Find her and ask her about Bleak Flats cave and she will give you a map marker.
Speak with Adrienne again about Black flats cave and she will remember, oh yes! That's where he went! Go bring him back here, she asks.
Head to Bleak Flats cave, and kill EVERY zombie in the entire cave. Erthor will not leave the cave until every zombie is killed. You may need to explore around a bit to find them all, but I cut all that out.
And wow I sped up that one part way too much lol.
Speak with Erthor when they're all dead and leave the cave, fast travel back to Skingrad, then go back to the mages guild.
Find Adrienne and wait for Erthor to wonder in and find her, they will have a short conversation.
Speak with Adrienne again and the quest will be completed!
