How to Connect Your PS4 Controller to Steam Deck
In this video, I will show you how to connect your PS4 controller to your Steam Deck.
First, make sure your Steam Deck is turned on and your PlayStation 4 controller is charged. Once your Steam Deck is turned on, then all you need to do is click on the Steam button on the bottom left side of your Steam Deck.
It'll bring open the menu for your Steam Deck, then go down to the settings option. In your settings, go down to Bluetooth. Then in the Bluetooth settings, make sure your Bluetooth is enabled.
Now on your PS4 controller, you'll need to hold the PS button and share button at the same time for several seconds until your PS4 controller light starts blinking rapidly. That means it's ready to be paired to Bluetooth.
Go back to your Steam Deck Bluetooth settings and you should see Wireless Controller show up under the Ready to be Paired section. Click on the Wireless controller and then your PS4 controller should be connected to your Steam Deck and ready to use. Now you can use it to play games.
