Johnny Harris Inspires Young Storytellers: Unleashing Student Creativity with Project-Based Learning
In this video I show the journey of a group of third graders as they embrace the spirit of journalism and embark on a project-based learning experience. Inspired by the renowned video journalist and YouTuber Johnny Harris, these young storytellers capture global narratives of changing conditions through the power of video and maps, immersing viewers in captivating tales of our interconnected world. Through hands-on exploration, critical thinking, and the use of digital map and video tools, these budding journalists craft their own Johnny-Harris-style videos, showcasing their boundless creativity and leaving a lasting impact on their audience.
