Update AutoCAD Layout Content - CAD Layout Software
The layout area of CAD Drawing can be edited in Multiple ways using Set of AutoLisp Commands in CADLayout Module of ESurvey CADD. You can delete multiple Layouts at once, Update the content of a specific layer in sequence or Update a constant value to multiple texts of a particular layer in Layout or even copy and paste few entities from Base Layout to Multiple Layouts.

Delete Layout Boxes and Automatically generated Layouts
Run DLB command to delete all the Layouts that are created automatically.
To delete all the entities belonging to LB_XXX layer run the DSLB command.
Update Layout Content
You can update the layer text, value of layer text or copy text from base layout to created layouts easily in the CAD Layout module.
Run InLO command to Increment Layer Text in the Layouts.
Enter the layer name in which the text needs to be incremented. Enter the starting number and increment value. The Text will be incremented in the mentioned layers of the layout.
Run UpLO command to update the value of Layer Texts in the Layouts,
Type the Layer Name in which Constant Values to be updated. Enter the constant Value to update. The layer text in the layouts will be updated.
If you are going to use this INLO or UPLO commands, you have to plan this earlier. While creating Base Layout only create a text entity in a specific layer and keep it for future use.
To copy text entities from the base layout to the created layouts, run the CpLO command.
Select the entities to be copied from the Base Layout to created Layouts. Select the base point to paste the entities. The text selected entities from the base layout will be copied to created layouts.
