Open Adobe Premiere Pro:
Launch Adobe Premiere Pro on your computer.
Create a New Project Optional
If you are starting a new project, go to the "File" menu and select "New" "Project." Enter a name for your project and choose a location to save it. Click "OK" to create the project.
Open an Existing Project (Optional):
If you already have a project open, skip the new project creation step.
Access the Media Browser:
In the Media Browser panel, you can browse and import files directly. To open the Media Browser, go to the "Window" menu and select "Media Browser."
Use the Import Media Option:
Alternatively, you can use the traditional method of importing media. Go to the "File" menu and select "Import" "File" or use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+I on Windows, Command+I on Mac).
Navigate to Your Files:
A dialog box will appear. Navigate to the location where your media files are stored.
Select the Files to Import:
Select the files you want to import. You can hold down the Shift key to select multiple files or use Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) to select individual files.
Click "Import":
Once you've selected your files, click the "Import" button.
Check the Media Browser Panel:
If you used the Media Browser, you can navigate through the folders to find your media. Simply double-click on a file to import it into your project.
Organize Your Files in the Project Panel:
The imported files will appear in the Project Panel. You can organize them into folders or bins for better project management.
Drag Files to Timeline (Optional):
To start working with your files, drag them from the Project Panel to the Timeline.
