The party finally boards the S.S. Winno which will take them to Luca. Tidus overheard Wakka and Lulu talking about him. He got to discover as well a little bit of their history. While roaming around the boat, he saw a Blitzball lying on the ground. It reminded him of his father, mocking him that no one else can do the Jecht Shot. He decided to attempt it and he was successful. Wakka and his teammates were amazed when they saw it, telling Tidus to do it again one more time. Yuna saw it too -- prompting her to talk about Jecht again. Jecht showed her the technique 10 years ago which is another evidence that both of them are referring to the same "Jecht".
