BIG Update From One of Our North Carolina Farms!
This Transfarmation™ hub has long been a goal of the Transfarmation team — at least three years in the making. The hub aims to demonstrate how transitioning out of factory farming into specialty-crop production is not only possible but profitable and sustainable.
Tom and Sokchea Lim, once poultry farmers, are now at the forefront of specialty-crop farming. After transitioning with the support of Transfarmation, they have succeeded in growing and selling specialty crops. Their story offers an opportunity to explore how a shift from factory farming can lead to both economic stability and environmental sustainability.
On September 6, we will celebrate the official opening of the demonstration hub with a ribbon cutting. Set a reminder, and check in with us for live updates from this special event!
