How to Turn On Fortnite Voice Chat - PS4, PS5, Xbox & PC
In this video I show you how to turn on Fortnite voice chat. You can turn voice chat on in Fortnite through the side menu. This is the same menu that is used to invite friends and open the settings.
With the side menu open you will want to select the microphone icon. This is where all of the voice options are, allowing you to turn on voice chat. Ideally, you will want to set voice method to everybody open mic so that you can talk freely. However, if you're playing Fortnite on PC, you may want to enable the push to talk option. This will require you to hold down a button when talking in Fortnite.
To turn on voice chat in Fortnite you will need to set voice chat to everybody. This will allow you to talk to and hear everybody you're playing with. Alternatively, you can also set voice chat to friends or friends and teammates if you like. If you experience any issues where you can't hear someone in voice chat then try setting it to everybody.
