Tricep tendinopathy typically presents as pain over the posterior elbow, that is worse with resisted movements, such as press or twisting. This is a mechanical overuse issue that is often precipitated by a large increase in physical activity. In this video we discuss causes, exercise modifications and the best rehab options to provide long term successful outcomes.

Tendons don't respond well to complete rest, nor is the primary driver, inflammation. Therefore Relative Rest and treatments that are Exercise Focused to Complete Rest, Ice and NSAIDs.
